Dear Netvue Team, you can log in to the Webpage , but you cant see any of your devices. Why are you anouncing a new feature, but it is not even working?? The main Task of this Webpage is to show the Cameras which you have. And this Task is not given! Please Fix fast!
"Coming soon" on the "Devices" page is not "developed." I am starting to get really irritated with Netvue. The use of these cameras via an IP app for PC/SmartTV, ROKU TV, etc., which is made possible via IP address should be a standard feature. This is very sad that such a nice camera like the Vigil is essentially made almost worthless without basic standard viewing functionality.
In my opinion, the ONLY reason that Netvue does not offer such IP access is to force camera owners to pay NetVue a recurring per camera fee. I am OK paying a fee, if the functionality is worth the fee. Example: I would be willing to pay an nominal per camera fee to be able to view my cameras on 3rd party monitoring apps on my SmartTV, etc. Netvue is already accessing the cameras and recording the video in their AWS servers. So, NetVue does have the ability to easily make ones cameras viewable by 3rd party apps. Netvue just wants to control the $$ flow.
Please make the cameras accessible via 3rd party applications so users can employ the cameras as expected. Thanks!
I’m really disappointed that this thing doesn’t have PC software. It’s ridiculous, they did such a fantastic job with the embedded work in the camera how could they not possibly have made a PC client for this thing? I can’t help but think somewhere some developer had to have PCPs code in the very beginning to at least make sure this thing was right. It seems like they gave up halfway through.
