[Sticky] Issue of Vigil 1285 Firmware Upgrading
Is there any support at all for Netvue customers or are we just being left high and dry???? I’m going to give you another week to reply to get this sorted, or I’m putting it to print in our National news papers I run help in the UK

Don’t know whether it has to do with the last upgrade, but my Vigil webcam is sending my smartphone just a still image every 5 minutes (!), which of course is SENSELESS for me and probably for anyone who needs home monitoring. Netview support tells me that their webcams do allow viewing videos from remote, but only after subscription to their Cloud: what is a little bit absurd, since in a few months this costs more than the camera itself. Do we really have to deal with this big limitation when purchasing a Netvue webcam ?
