since I upgraded my iPad to iOS 12.3 , I have been unable to change motion announcements for all my netvue cameras in the Alexa app, the area is greyed out, those that are already set to give announcements continue to do so but I wanted to turn one off today and it’s greyed out. What’s the problem? Anyone know?
Is there any way of disconnecting the 14 days free motion? I don’t need it to be honest
Hi, if you totally don't wanna receive motion notifications, you can turn off the motion detection function on Netvue App. Go to "Setting" - "Motion Detection", and turn it off. If you just don't wanna receive on Alexa, just turn it off on Alexa App.
You miss understand me, I want my netvue to notify me of motion, I just don’t want the video, my new camera came with 14 days free motion video view. It’s that I want to disable as I believe this is stopping me from enabling/ disabling the Alexa notifications , see greyed out in pictures above. This has only started since I added the new camera.

Hi, please contact support@netvue to cancel the motion video cloud service. But we don't think that this problem is caused by motion video. Please disable the skill and relink it and see if it returns to normal.
