Update bug fixes? Estimated fix time?
Yes it is the vigil camera and was informed it would be fixed by Monday, strongly believed you guys should of reverting back to the old firmware and informed customers about the known bug. Instead we all sitting here not knowing what's going on until we reach out to customers support. I understand that bugs happen but customers should of been informed as soon as it was discovered and old firmware option should be available for cases like this
