A1: After you submit the relevant information to mysterycustomer@netvue.com, please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to be processed. Additionally, there is no need to return the product as it is provided to you free of charge for the testing activity.

Q2: If there are multiple options after clicking on the link, which product should I choose for testing?
A2: Kindly test the product directly by clicking on the provided link and refrain from selecting or switching to other options. Currently, only the specified product is eligible for the testing activity.

Q3: I am currently unavailable to participate in this activity. Can I join at a later time?
A3: Our activity has limited availability, so we encourage you to participate and complete the testing as soon as possible. However, if you are currently unable to participate but later find that there are still openings for the product, you may join at that time.

Q4: Are there any requirements for leaving a review after I complete the testing?
A4: There are no specific restrictions on your review, we simply ask that it reflects your genuine experience. If you are willing, we would greatly appreciate it if you could include any relevant photos or videos to enhance your review.
